4 glove boxes for air and moisture sensitive samples.

System for samples processing by laser melting and aerodynamic levitation using 100 W CO2 laser.

Chamber for nanoparticles synthesis by condensation from gas phase using 100 W CO2 laser with glovebox uploading capabilities.

400 W laser system for synthesis by laser melting and aerodynamic levitation equipped with spectropyrometer and fast single color pyrometer.
